Yoga Class: A two hour notice for canceling a class is required. Class pass holders and drop-ins who cancel within two hours of the start of class or no show will forfeit one class. 

 

Private Yoga: A 100% refund will be given if the private yoga session is cancelled up to one week prior to scheduled date. If the session is canceled less than one week prior to scheduled date but 48 hours before, then a 50% refund will given. Sessions canceled 48 hours or less will not receive a refund.

Yoga Events/Workshops: All registrations are subject to a 48 hour cancelation fee of the full amount of the event or workshop, excluding retreats. See Retreat Terms and Conditions for more information. 

 

Wellness Services: 24 Hour Advance Notice is required when canceling an appointment for a wellness service. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give a 24 hours notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. Payment information is required to hold your appointment and this is the payment method that will be charged for a late cancelation. 
 

Anyone who misses their appointment for whatever reason without any contact will be considered a no-show and charged for their missed appointment.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, it will then be determine if there is enough time remaining to complete scheduled service. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to our practitioners and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
