Custom Massage
Customized to the clients needs; can be medical/therapeutic or relaxing - or a combo of both. Techniques include but not limited to: Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, stretching, cupping, and neuromuscular release.
One on One Stretch Session
Think passive stretching, active stretching, Thai yoga, myofascial release through ball rolling and neuromuscular facilitation in one. This unique session will be customized to each individual and may include some or all of the above techniques. This is great for post injury, post race or sporting event, if you are feeling stiff, if you want to get deeper into stretches and so many more reasons.
Pregnancy Massage
Massage with a specialized pregnancy bolster so expecting mothers can lay face down with comfort and no harm to the baby. The massage can also work the traditional side lying positions if preferred.
Chair Massage
Perfect for an office treat or a holiday party. Service includes travel to you or your business with a massage chair. Rates depend on travel and number of clients, please inquire for more information.

1 on 1 Breath Work Session
There are many breath work techniques that can be utilized during a breath work session depending on your needs. Each session will be customized to what best suits you for that day. Techniques can range from calming and balancing of the nervous system to a more powerful practice that may aid in releasing physical holding patterns and stuck energies throughout the body and mind.
During breath work a practitioner may use a variety of verbal cues, positive affirmations, and hands-on energy techniques to enhance each person's individual experience. The sensations you may experience with this practice will vary from person to person or even from one session to the next.
